Stewart Fisher joined KRG Capital in 2007 as a Managing Director. Fisher has over 25 years of business experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, business development and operations across a broad range of industries. Fisher has served as a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee since 2007, and as a lead Managing Director, Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors for several KRG portfolio companies. Prior to joining KRG Capital, Fisher served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Administration for Accellent, Inc., a former KRG portfolio company. Accellent is a leading provider of manufacturing, supply chain and engineering services to the medical device industry, and was principally formed through nine strategic acquisitions completed by KRG Capital from July 1999 through November 2005. Prior to joining Accellent, Fisher was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of GenTek, Inc., a global manufacturer of telecommunications equipment and other industrial products. Earlier in his career, Fisher was a manager of corporate finance and Capital markets in the Treasurers’ Office of General Motors Corporation. Fisher earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance with distinction from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting Summa Cum laude from Lehigh University.
