An essential element to KRG’s “buy and build” industry consolidation approach is implementation of a proactive acquisition strategy. Our impressive track record to date includes completion of 215 add-on acquisitions.
KRG plays a critical role in assisting management teams through
- Active involvement with management in creating a detailed acquisition plan, including identification of top prospects
- Serving as the corporate development arm for many of our platform companies to mobilize a successful outreach program to possible acquisition candidates
- Significant “heavy lifting” during due diligence review phase
- Structuring and negotiating the transaction with sellers and their lawyers as well as existing lenders to the company
By taking a lead role in many of these processes, KRG attempts to minimize some of the distractions for management to help them more effectively run their business on a day-to-day basis.
